As many of you know, Joey has been highly involved in the development of creating music in various odd bit depths. His latest recording project, Copper Mind, has been underway for six years now but progress is being made on a daily basis.

Odd numbered bit depth recordings create a much cleaner sound. Fortunately for all Arken-fans, his first solo album will be a purely odd-bit-depth recording when it comes out.

JA spent much of the last few months deep in the rainforests of Brazil recording the wing patterns of Red-bodied Swallowtail butterflies to use as various drum loops on the album.
